Two excellent pieces of news for April 2017. First, spring has arrived in a fanfare of spring flowers and young leaves. Secondly, Restaurant Colette opens its doors on April 21st for a new gastronomic season – the whole team is waiting to introduce a menu with a decidedly Mediterranean flavour.
