The menu of the restaurant Colette is dressed in the colours of summer, with fresh and full flavours blending Mediterranean ingredients and style with that of Japan's distant shores with audacity and joyous creativity. And since we believe in making the most of those flavours, to the delight of your taste buds, we offer to help you choose the wine that best suits your dish and, of course, your preferences!
A rainbow menu
The sense of taste is front and centre, but visual appeal is also of major importance when it comes to enjoying food. So, to in addition to the finesse of flavour, our chef also focusses on providing a treat for the eyes. The plate assumes the chromatic range of a painter’s palette with the deep red of tomatoes contrasting with dark green spinach or tender asparagus, and the delicate orange of young carrots beautifully balancing the bright red of fresh peppers. Add the marbling of the artichoke, the dapper green of peas and the shiny black of olives and you have before you an alluring sight, tempting you to indulge!
The divine accord of the plate and the vine
There’s nothing like a glass of wine to bring out the subtleties of the many flavours on the plate and allow you to appreciate them even more fully. Our wine list is also diverse, international, and bubbling with treasures, including Château Margaux, Château d'Yquem, Pommard Premier Cru, and Chassagne-Montrachet, as well as Côtes de Provence, Condrieu and of course, Champagne! Did you choose the Iberian pork? How about accompanying it with an Anima Negra? The lover of beef of Galicia, on the other hand, will probably opt for a spanish wine Rafael Palacios Loura da Bola. A glass of champagne is wonderful with our reimagined fraisier cake, and your lemon dessert will be simply sublime in the company of a Sauternes. Excellent tastings to you all!
