chat to him about his choices of ingredients and commitments to sustainability,
and marvel at his expertise in dressing a plate or creating a sauce.

In addition, Chef Colinet will introduce you to the "Lemon Experience",
a unique and powerful multi-sensorial adventure to explore for yourself!

A long-term partner of Hotel Sezz and Restaurant Colette, interior designer Christophe Pillet
has infused this venue with his unique vision of style featuring refined contours, natural tones and luxurious materials.

It was therefore only natural that we should call on his talents to create our Chef's Table.
Made of brushed solid oak, it exudes elegance and design, creating an ideal setting to entertain.

Our restaurant is closed every Monday and Tuesday evening in May, September and October.
Open 6/7 in June, July and August (closed on Monday).
