Discover the Colette terrace during the Indian summer

Tropeziennes follies fade with the last few days of summer, leaving the small Var harbour to regain its peaceful atmosphere. Hotel Sezz presents a unique offer and invites you to let your taste buds be tempted on the terrace of its Restaurant Colette. Enjoy the first colours of the Indian summer – especially sunset, which is a sight well worth discovering each evening in September.

The chef invites you to take a seat on the terrace

In a pretty area, among palm, eucalyptus and olive trees, the Colette restaurant puts on a spectacular show around its terrace barbecue. Grilling is always a welcome choice at this time of year, and it really releases the delicate flavours of the excellent local fish and seafood and does justice to all the juicy meats that sophisticated carnivores adore. You’ll find Charolais and Salers beef alongside US Black Angus, Chilean Waguy, Iberian pork and Quercy lamb on the menu. Chef Patrick Bib creates sublime dishes, all made with fresh local produce and inspired by his worldwide experiences, for Restaurant Colette.

Enjoy a great offer in September

Experience this discreet and luxurious restaurant for yourself. We invite you to enjoy a stay in the hotel from Sunday to Thursday from August 29th to September 29th 2016. You’ll enjoy a 15% discount on our best rate and a bottle of rosé with every stay of a minimum of 2 days. It’s a great opportunity for you to make a gourmet detour to the terrace of our restaurant Colette. Let yourself be lulled by the sound of cicadas as you savour refined and authentic cuisine with Mediterranean accents and inspired by faraway lands.

The magic of the setting sun

You will enjoy the delicious flavours of the Sezz signature dishes all the more when they are served in a beautiful setting with the Tropezian sunset as a backdrop. The stars glittering over distant Maures shores are truly a beautiful sight and, in September, the colours are unique. As dusk falls, the Gulf of St. Tropez is painted in dazzling shades of yellow, orange, pink and purple, offering you a few magical moments to savour the sunset when thousands of stars twinkle over the harbour and the magnificent Ramatuelle beaches.
