The season is coming to an end for the Restaurant Colette and its chef Philippe Colinet. After a period of uncertainty, we were finally able to welcome you again this summer to share conviviality and happiness. This 2021 season was also one of awards of which Chef Colinet and all the Restaurant Colette teams are proud!
Two magnificent awards in one year

In addition to the praise and feedback we received from our guests throughout the season, these two prestigious awards complete the recognition of the commitment of a chef and his teams.
One season ends ... another begins
Although the pandemic situation forced us to adapt, it also reinforced our convictions and the integrity of Chef Colinet. More than ever, he believes in gastronomy that makes the most of local produce, such as the superb catch of the day from the artisan-fishermen of Cogolin and Menton and oysters from Patrick Mendès of La Seyne-sur-Mer, among others. Already working with Bodo Fath for his in-depth knowledge of herbs, wild flowers and naturopathy, and with select market gardeners and breeders in the region, Philippe Colinet will take advantage of this period of closure to conceive refined and aesthetic new creations using natural flavours.
We are proud of the recognition that the Michelin Guide and Gault & Millau have bestowed upon us this year, but we are even more proud of your loyalty and your feedback, which has touched us deeply. Such acclaim has also convinced us of the correctness of our approach. We hope to see you again next spring for new taste adventures ...
