An exceptional setting for your events
It’s possible, and even quite advisable, to privately hire the Restaurant Colette (or even the entire Hotel Sezz, if you wish)! Our events space, a place of design purity, elegance and friendliness, is large enough for entertaining 50 guests. Large windows open onto an extensive terrace with trees and a heated pool, where you can enjoy a barbecue. Our terrace can accommodate up to 70 people who can be seated as the occasion dictates, whether at small tables or gathered around long tables for a more inclusive atmosphere.
A bespoke service
Please feel free to tell us your desires and preferences and our teams will do their best to arrange the events space as you wish, including setting the tables with our most beautiful cutlery. As to the dining experience we offer, rest assured that our chef, who works wonders with seasonal ingredients and enjoys invoking Mediterranean flavours, will create delicious dishes and specialties to delight your guests!

Comfort, elegance, fine service ... And we have not yet mentioned the best part; the paradise that is the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Invitingly close to the Hotel Sezz, just a stone's throw from the Colette’s terrace, the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean caress the shore. Beautiful out of season, the beaches of golden sand await you, as do the coastal paths where you can enjoy a scenic stroll to work up an appetite. Unless, of course, you prefer to remain on the terrace where, amidst the eucalyptus and laurels, you can offer your guests colourful cocktails or glasses of champagne straight from our bar, the Dom Perignon, a place of divine surprises as well as flavour-rich delights.
