Thanks to its cooking surface, the plancha is the ideal way to sear food and preserve all its flavours. It’s particularly effective in bringing out the full taste of Mediterranean produce, fillets of red mullet, lamb, peppers, aubergines ... Philippe Colinet, a specialist in refined cuisine, is totally inspired by this method of cooking. Installed on the terrace, our plancha area provides an opportunity to chat with our kitchen team and admire their savoir-faire.
