We offered you a great way to satisfy your appetite all summer with our parrillada grill or wood fire grill for two. The restaurant Colette's stylish outdoor grill honours the Argentine Asados tradition. It’s a culinary art but it’s also a show!
Our mixed grill featuring succulent pieces of meat, poultry, beef tenderloin or duck was prepared and cooked in front of you on the terrace by Patrick Cuissard. Served with corn pancakes and his inimitable chimichurri sauce (the secret of which is only known to the chef), our grills enchanted you with a visual spectacle and a unique journey to the land of flavours.

What luck to find a lounge bar atmosphere wrapped around a first class restaurant with excellent grilled meats and the friendliest staff. The restaurant is to one side of a pool/bar area with a DJ providing well-chosen lounge music played at a volume that doesn't interfere with conversation. Fondamentally
