The Freshness of the Mediterranean in Every Plate

The fish that arrives in our kitchen is the result of the respectful fishing practices of the Vollan family in Saint-Tropez. They provide us with products of incomparable freshness, bearing witness to a craftsmanship passed down from generation to generation. With Yann Ménard from Le Jardin de la Piboule, our vegetables, grown without pesticides, bring a purity that elevates each dish. The olive oil from Maison Alazard, intense and fruity, enriches our palette of flavors and adds a Provençal touch that perfectly complements our cuisine.

 

Products Made with Care and Expertise

For cheeses, Loïc de Salleneuve brings us the finesse of his goat milk creations, whether it's a tomme or a crottin. The Maison des Confitures of Gassin offers sweet creations, slowly cooked in copper cauldrons, transporting us with their unique flavors. The Mazaugues Honey Factory delights us with varied honeys, from garrigue to acacia. As for Bodo, a herbalist in Cogolin, he harvests wild and edible herbs for us that enhance each dish, adding a note of authenticity and freshness.
