Seasonal joys of the restaurant Colette; the barbecue and summer menu

At the heart of our Hotel Sezz Saint-Tropez, the restaurant Colette boasts a choice location. Adjacent to the swimming pool, the large terrace and the sunroom, it offers you the perfect place to savour, with your loved one or with friends, a subtle and superb cuisine. Don’t miss out on the barbecue, either; it’s a real show!

A barbecue at the Colette

In summer, barbecue is a must, being synonymous with holidays and unique flavours. At the restaurant Colette, we delight in making the most of it. You can watch all the action as we throw on some juicy Aubrac beef steaks, grill the succulent fish of the day catch or cook the Provence vegetables to perfection before your very eyes. It’s a treat for your eyes and nose even before your taste buds get involved! You’ll find the barbecue in action on our terrace every day at lunch and dinner.

New menu, new flavours

For the new season, our chef, accompanied by his team, has come up with a new menu comprised of seasonal and locally sourced products and ingredients of exceptional quality, highlighted by an irreproachable savoir-faire. To this he adds his imagination, his creativity and a touch of exoticism. Succumb to the temptation of a tartare of bluefin tuna, coriander, sesame, pomegranate and ginger at noon or by a superb braised fillet of Aubrac beef in the evening. For dessert lovers, a gourmet coconut, chocolate, mango and pineapple meringue will bring a touch of freshness while Bergeron apricot and lemon thyme accompanied by honey and almond ice cream will add to the Provence feel.

The restaurant Colette is a haven of gourmet delights tucked away in the heart of your Hotel Sezz Saint-Tropez. It perfectly combines the classics of summer, such as barbecue and exceptional Provençal produce, as well as flavours evocative of travel and faraway lands. Indulge yourself...
