Saint-Véran Blanc – imperceptibly elegant
Once called Beaujolais Blanc, Saint Véran is made from the Chardonnay grape in the Mâconnais region of France. Pale gold in colour, this beautifully rounded dry white reveals fruity aromas of pear and peach with a hint of acacia, honeysuckle and fern. Notes of hazelnuts and fresh almonds offer the perfect finish and it works wonderfully with our cheeses.
Chateau Barbeyrolles Rosé "Petales de Rose" – floral, fruity and subtle
A magnificent pale pink rosé, Chateau Barbeyrolles Petales de Rose will captivate you with its slightly spicy floral notes and fruity nose. This award-winning Cotes du Rhone rosé is crisp, well rounded and fresh. Delicate on the palate, it is juicy and floral and makes a delicious aperitif. It also works well with fish including smoked salmon and with dishes served in creamy white sauces.
Eisele Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon, an elegant Californian red
This Californian wine is one of those nuggets from the Napa Valley. Made from the Cabernet Sauvignon grape and distinguished and persistent in the mouth, it has been recognised as an excellent example of the region's wines since the 1960s. Eisele Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon Rouge has an aromatic richness that combines notes of violet, black fruits and raspberry.
